Kritika Kushwaha is an award-winning product designer with a diverse background, driven by a design philosophy that emphasizes creating experiences contributing to a sustainable and equitable future. Her approach to design is centered around the convergence of user needs, product functionality, and business objectives. Currently, Kritika leads product design and strategy initiatives at Asana, focusing on facilitating seamless collaboration and efficient workflows for Enterprise adoption and growth.
Before joining Asana, Kritika played a pivotal role in design initiatives at Uber Eats, where she crafted noteworthy solutions such as safe ordering for individuals with food allergies, plastic-free ordering options, smart dish search features, and impactful tipping initiatives. These designs have had a profound impact on the lives of millions of people in more than eighty countries, gaining recognition from reputable publications such as TechCrunch, Forbes, Vox, The Independent, and The Verge.
Kritika Kushwaha’s remarkable contributions to the design field have earned her numerous prestigious awards, including the Red Dot Award and two San Francisco Design Week Awards. Additionally, she has been recognized as a Shortlist Winner Freelancer of the Year and has received several Indigo Design Awards. As a dedicated member of the design community, Kritika serves as the Mentorship Chair of the Interaction Design Association’s Seattle board, actively contributing to the growth and development of aspiring designers. Her expertise and insights have also led to invitations as a guest speaker at esteemed institutions, such as the California College of the Arts and Princeton University.
