It’s not unusual for Summit Awards entries to include sensitive or proprietary content. We have safeguards in place to protect this information:

• All judging is done on a secure server.

• Jury members sign confidentiality agreements.

• Entries flagged as confidential are tracked during administrative and judging reviews.

If an entry is awarded, any creative samples or documents marked as confidential will be removed from public display. Instead, a winner icon will be used as the gallery thumbnail.

What to do:
If your entry includes confidential details, please email us immediately after submission with the Entering Company Name, and Entry Name or Number. We’ll tag it appropriately and ensure sensitive information is protected.
