Is there a procedure for handling confidential information? – Summit Awards

Is there a procedure for handling confidential information?

It is not an unusual issue for the Summit Awards to have confidential or proprietary information-containing entries. Our judging processes are on a secure server, and our jury members sign confidentiality agreements. Once a submission is declared proprietary, it is internally- identified and easily traced as it goes through the administrative reviews and judging processes. When winning entries are revealed, any entry with a confidential tag has its creative samples removed and a ‘confidential’ thumbnail loaded for the winner gallery.

To report an entry as confidential or containing propriety, immediately upon submission, send us an email with the Entry Number and Name, and we’ll tag it.
