Tina Gada, Sr. UX/UI Designer (She/Her) from Dallas, is dedicated to elevating user experiences within the FinTech industry.

With over 5 years of valuable experience collaborating with esteemed FinTech companies such as Citi Bank, Vanguard, and OTO Capital, I have immersed myself in the UX industry. I hold an M.A. in Human-Computer Interaction, which has further honed my expertise in crafting exceptional user experiences.

My primary focus lies in identifying and eliminating digital friction along the customer journey. By infusing simplicity and meaningful art into my designs, I strive to evolve products that adeptly address consumer pain points, leading to enhanced revenue generation for the organizations I work with.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am driven by the desire to make a positive impact on individuals’ lives. One way I act on this is by offering personal mentorship to newcomers in the industry, helping them enhance their UX knowledge and fast-track their early careers. My contributions have earned me a spot in the top 10% of mentors on ADPlist, with over 250 mentees benefitting from my guidance.

During my leisure time, you can find me indulging in my passions for music, travel, and reading novels. Food also holds a special place in my heart, and I love exploring new culinary delights guided by my nose, especially during weekends.
