Just like scouts, we all make our promise, so that is also the Gotoclient agency promise. Our promise is the only element that has remained unaltered since agency day 1, in 2009.

Client first

We will make our best so that our client experience will be unique, providing great quality in our work. We will ensure our client satisfaction exceeds their expectations, obtaining project repetition. We will grow with our clients.

Sell

We will continuously propose new collaboration forms to our clients. We promise we will continuously seek new clients and new opportunities with our current clients. We promise we will continuously look for new service forms, improving the current ones so that we provide greater satisfaction to our clients. We will grow with our clients.

Perfection

We will look for perfection in all the elements that will be provided by Gotoclient.  We will always submit everything single piece to a strict analysis, always looking for improvement. We will review every single material at least twice before sending it to our clients. We will make sure all is correct. If necessary, we will involve other people so that the standards are as high as possible.  We will produce well-done work.

Be reliable

We will do what we say. We will not accept what we’re unsure to be able to do. We will meet all our commitments. We will strictly respect all deadlines. Should this not be possible for force majeure reasons, we will immediately alert our client. We will make well-done work.

Professional growth

We will care about our self-improvement and personal growth. We will continuously learn and improve. We will observe how our colleagues work to learn about them, asking for help if necessary. We promise we will be updated in our discipline. We will make a well-done work.

Be honest

We will be honest in all our professional jobs. We will not lie. We will not betray anybody. We will fight against ambiguities that could lead to misunderstandings.  We will be open.  We will express our opinions with a solid basis, and we will defend them by explaining the whys. We will be open to difficulties. We will look for support and will never allow difficulties to compromise our service level.

Be respectful

We will treat everyone with respect and in a polite way. We will listen to others and value their participation and contribution. We will dedicate the necessary concentration and focus in every meeting. We will prepare the meeting. We will not negatively interfere in our colleagues work. We will help our colleagues to improve.

We will face the consequences

We understand that if we don’t respect our promise, there will be consequences.
